An automated reminder message will be sent to the client's WhatsApp for scheduled appointments.
To enable WhatsApp reminder notifications, follow these steps:
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Business Settings”, and click “Notifications”.
In the "Notifications" page, click on the "Appointment Reminder" tab.
Within the "Appointment Reminder" tab, Enable "WhatsApp Reminder Notification”
By default, a template is assigned. To change the template based on your preference, click on "Change Template."
Choose the reminder template from the repository and click on the “Assign” button to change the template.
Now the clients will receive automated reminders before their appointments on their WhatsApp.
