How to enable WhatsApp notifications for client’s login?

  1. Go to the "Online Booking" section and navigate to the "Client Login" settings.


  1. Click on “Add New Whatsapp Template".



  1. Pick a template from the repository


  1. Once set up, clients will receive login OTP through WhatsApp.


  1. Preview the message templates to ensure that the notifications are correctly set up and meet your expectations.


Note: Please ensure that your salon has enough SMS and WhatsApp balance to send notifications to your clients.
