Customer segmentation split up

You can split your over all customers who were all Active/About to churn/Defected customers.


1. Select the Settings from the main menu and choose Customer segmentation under Module settings.

2. Enable the Customer Segmentation

3. Enter the Visit count and days interval and Save.

( For example- Active customers -1 visit for 30 days, 

Churn Prediction - 31- 60 days and Defected customers above 61 days ).
