How to edit/ update/ modify customer details?

To edit customer details, follow these steps:


Method I


  • Go to the "Customer" section in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Under "Customer Segmentation," search for the specific customer to edit. You can search by customer mobile number, customer ID, or email ID in the search bar. 

  • Then click on the customer name to view the “Customer 360 Profile.”. Click on the "Edit" icon.

  • An  "Edit Customer" pop-up will appear. Make the necessary changes or updates to the customer's details.

  • click the "Update" button to save the changes to the customer's profile.


Method II


  • Go to the "Quick Sale" section in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.

  • Search for the customer by entering a mobile number, name, or customer ID in the “Search Bar”.

  • Click on the “Edit Icon” at the end of the search bar.

  • An  "Edit Customer" pop-up will appear. Make the necessary changes or updates to the customer's details.

  • click the "Update" button to save the changes to the customer's profile.


Note: If the staff doesn’t have access to view and update customer information, then the customer option won’t be visible.
