Enabling Centralized Customer Management and Customizing Customer Segmentation
1. Click Settings from Main Menu on the left hand side.
2. Navigate to Module Settings and click on Customer Segmentation.
2. Check Enable centralised customer management. (This will grant unrestricted access to customer details from any location to all other locations).
3. Check Customise customer segmentation.
You can enter the Active Customer Visit eg: 1 visit for every 25 days.
Similarly enter the Churn Prediction date range and Defected Customer date.
4. Click on Save.
