QuickBooks
QuickBooks is like a digital accountant that helps you organize and track your business's financial transactions, including invoicing, expenses, taxes, inventory, and payroll. It simplifies financial management for your business.
1. How to set up QuickBooks in MioSalon?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Integrations”. Click on “QuickBooks”.
On the QuickBooks page, click on the “Setup QuickBooks” button.
On the QuickBooks login page, Enter the “User ID” and “Password” then click the “Sign In” button
Note: If you don't have a QuickBooks account, create one before proceeding.
On the QuickBooks page, kindly “select your company”, Once you click the “Next” button, it will be integrated automatically.
Note: After integrating with QuickBooks, make sure to import your taxes to ensure accurate calculations.
2. How to Import Taxes in QuickBooks in MioSalon?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Integrations”. Click on “QuickBooks”.
On the QuickBooks page, Click on the "Import Taxes" button and it will be imported automatically.
3. How to add invoices in QuickBooks in MioSalon?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Integrations”. Click on “QuickBooks”.
On the QuickBooks page, Click on “Add Invoices”
An “Add invoice” pop-up will appear on that Choose a period you want to add invoice details.
Click on the “sync” button and the invoices/ receipts will be automatically synchronized with QuickBooks after integration.
4. How to disconnect QuickBooks in MioSalon?
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to “Integrations”. Click on “QuickBooks”.
On the QuickBooks page, Click on the “Disconnect” button and it will be disconnected automatically
