What is a Recurring Block Time?

A recurring block time refers to a specific time that is regularly blocked out in a calendar, often on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. During this no appointments, meetings, or bookings can be made.

Recurring block time is created when a staff member is unavailable for appointments. These blocks can be created for various reasons, such as personal time, short breaks, lunch breaks, or preparation time before appointments. It helps ensure that staff availability is accurately reflected in the calendar.
