How to create a customised recurring block time from the appointment menu?

  1. Log in to MioSalon

  2. Both the Day and Calendar views on the appointment page are displayed by default in the view selector.

    Note: Block Time is only accessible in Day View and Staff View. 



  1. Then select All Staff or choose a particular staff member and click on Apply.



  1. Click the plus icon in the right corner and select New Block Time.



  1. Click on the preferred time slot under the staff name to create a block time.


  1. Block Time pop-up window will appear.


  1. Title - Enter a title

  2. Staff - The staff name is automatically assigned based on the selected staff

  3. Start Date - Change start date if needed

  4. Start Time - Choose a start time

  5. End Time - Choose an end time

  6. Recurring Frequency - Select Custom to create a customised block time

  7. Every:

    a. Day(s)- Block time will be created once on each of the selected days, recurring at a specific interval (e.g., every 2 or 3 days) until the selected end date.



    b. Week(s)- Block time will be created on the selected weekdays each week and will repeat at the chosen weekly interval until the end date. 

     

    c. Month(s)- Block time will be scheduled once every specified number of months (e.g., every 3 months) and will continue until the selected end date.

    Note: The month will be auto-fetched from the start date. To change that, select a start date of your choice. 

  1. Ends:

  1. On Specific Date - Select an End Date. The recurring block time will end on the selected end date. (or)



  1. After - Choose Occurrences. The recurring block time will end after the chosen occurrences. 



  1. Check the Recurring Summary and click on Create to create a customised recurring block time.
