How to change the expiry date for a package?

There are two ways to change the expiry date in a package


Method 1: 

To change or modify the expiry date for a package in the package  module:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Settings from the main menu. 

  3. Navigate to Module Settings and click on Packages.



  1. Click on the Package details.



  1. In the Update Package popup, enter all the necessary information:


  1. Modify the expiry date in the Package Validity.

  2. Click on the Update  button.


Method 2:

To change or modify the expiry date for a package in the report module:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Navigate to Package and it displays the customer name, mobile number, package name, type, total sittings, available sittings, purchase date, expiry date and amount.

  4. Filter the data based on package name and sort it based on purchased date and expiry date.



  1. In the Expiry Date column against the customer, click on the Change button.



  1. In the Choose Expiry Date, change the date and enter the Reason.



  1.  Click on the Save button.

  2. Then in the Confirm Password, enter the Password and click on the Submit button.
