How to import multiple or bulk products?

To import bulk or multiple products in the product module:

1. Login to MioSalon.

2. Go to Settings from the main menu.

3. Within  Settings, navigate to Module Settings and click on Product.

4. In Product Module, click the Import Product button.

5. Click the Download Template button and open the downloaded Excel Sheet.

6. Enter the following mandatory and other fields in the Excel sheet:

7. Product Category - Enter the product category name to be added.

8. Product Name (Mandatory)  - Enter the product name to be added.

9. SKU - Enter the SKU/Barcode details of the product.

10. Volume - Enter the product Volume and its Unit. Enter the Unit from the list: mg, g, kg, ml, l, oz, pkt, or pcs.

11. Cost Price (Mandatory)  - The price at which the product was purchased.

12. Selling Price (Mandatory) - Enter the selling price of the service without any discounts, offers, or promotions.  The selling price must be greater than cost price.

13. Tax - If the products are Taxable, enter the required tax value. If the services are Non-Taxable, leave them unfilled.

14. Quantity (Mandatory)  - Enter the  product stock quantity.

15. Minimum Level - Enter the minimum level value of the product. An alert message will appear in the notification icon area, once the minimum quantity value level is reached.

16. Internal Use - To enable internal use for the product, enter y and to disable it, enter n.

17. HSN Code -  Enter the HSN Code of the product.

18. Save the filled-out Excel Sheet Template.

7. Now, in the MioSalon account, on the Product Module, click the Import Product button and upload the Excel sheet.

8. Check the imported or uploaded product details in the Product Module.
