How to apply filters in WhatsApp message templates?

To apply filters to WhatsApp message templates, follow these steps:

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on the Message Templates, Choose the filters: 

    1. Notification Type - The notification type may be appointment confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, invoices or OTPs.

    2. Category - The category of message template, which varies based on notification type.

    3. Status - The status of a message is whether it is approved, pending approval or rejected based on the confirmation from Facebook.

  3. Either choose anyone of the filters or apply all filters based on the requirement.
