To apply filters to WhatsApp message templates, follow these steps:
In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.
Click on the Message Templates, Choose the filters:
Notification Type - The notification type may be appointment confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, invoices or OTPs.
Category - The category of message template, which varies based on notification type.
Status - The status of a message is whether it is approved, pending approval or rejected based on the confirmation from Facebook.
Either choose anyone of the filters or apply all filters based on the requirement.
