How to check whether the message was sent to the client or test the message after verification?

Once the business WhatsApp account gets verified, the next step is to send a test message. To send a test message:

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on the WhatsApp Accounts. 

  3. On the WhatsApp account, click on Test Message

  4. In the Test Message popup, enter the mobile number to send the message

  5. Once the recipient receives the message, the business WhatsApp account is ready to send messages.
