How to set mandatory fields while collecting customer details?

To setup mandatory fields while collecting customer details:

  1. Click Settings from the main menu in the left side navigation bar.

  2. Navigate to Module Settings and click on Customer Segmentation.

  3. From the menu tab, click on Customer Form Setting.

  4. Select the pre-defined custom field labels from the Mandatory list to enable them to be required fields while entering customer information. 

  5. Click on Save.
