MioSalon's staff creation features provide a centralized and efficient way to manage your staff members, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
How to add a new staff member in MioSalon?
To add a new staff member and define the role:
Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Go to "Modules Settings" and click on "Staff"
Click on "Add New Staff," and a pop-up named "Add Staff" will appear. Here, you can enter all the required staff details, including their name, mobile number, and email ID.
In the "Select Service" section, choose the service that the staff member will perform.
(Make sure you've added service to tag the service with the staff)
You have the flexibility to choose this option:
Provide login access to this staff - giving login access and permissions to the staff, and in the “Tag Staff” choose the staff for whom this staff member has to report; if this particular staff is the higher official, leave it empty.
Allow scheduling of appointments for this staff- This staff's name will appear on the online appointment booking portal for the client while choosing their preferred staff for that appointment.
Choose the working hours and availability for the staff member by choosing the date and time under “work schedule." ( Note: This ensures that appointments are only booked during their available hours.)
Click “save”
