Online booking 

Online booking allows clients to book appointments online through your website or any other platform where your online booking link is shared.



How do I set up online bookings? 

To initiate the online booking process, follow these sequential steps:

Step-1:Enable online appointment booking.

Step 2: Set Up Business Location

Step 3: Add a New Branch (Optional)

Step 4: Add Services and Tag Staff

Step 5: Adding New Staff





Step-1:Enable online appointment booking.

To enable online booking follow these steps:

  • In the main navigation bar on the left-hand side, click on  "Online Booking."

  • In the "Online Booking" section, enable the option that says "Allow clients to book appointments through the booking widget integrated into your Facebook account, website, etc."


Step 2: Set Up Business Location

If you have multiple branches or outlet locations, you can manage them all from one account:

  • To add and manage one or multiple branch/outlet locations from a single account, click on "Settings" in the main navigation bar.

  • Scroll down to find the "Business Settings" section and click on "Business Location."

  • The business outlet/branch details given will be listed by default. You can click on the branch name to add/edit or make changes to the details.


Step 3: Add a New Branch (Optional)

If you have additional branches, here's how you can add them:

  • If you have multiple branches or outlet locations, you can click on "Add New Business" in the "Business Location" section.

  • Enter the “Business Details, Location Details, Working Hours, and Online Booking Details” for the new branch.



Step 4: Add Services and Tag Staff

To offer specific staff for each service, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Settings" on the menu bar and select "Service" under "Modules settings."

  • Click “Add New Group” and create a Group name and click Save.

  • Click “Add Services”.

  • In the Add Service, fill all the service details.

  • Then in the “Tag Staff”, select the staff members who are specialized in that service. 

Note: You must Add staff members before tagging them for a service.

  • Next in the “For Booking Widget” section, enable “Allow online booking for this service” under the description box.

  • Click on “Save”.

Step 5: Adding New Staff

To include new staff members and define their roles, do the following:

  • To add new staff members, click on "Settings" and select "Staff" under "Modules Settings."

  • Click on "Add New Staff" and provide the necessary staff details, such as name, mobile number, and e-mail id (if required).

  • Enable the appointment feature for the staff member and select the services they are responsible for providing.

  • Enter the working hours for the staff member and save the changes.

  • Now your online booking system is set up, and clients can easily schedule appointments with the staff members of their choice!
