How to Import or Update Multiple Services in MioSalon
You can now easily add or update multiple services — including price changes — in one go using the Bulk Import option in MioSalon.
Navigation
Login to your MioSalon account.
Go to Settings → Module Settings → Service.
In the Service module, click Import Services.
Click Download Template to get the Excel file.
Fill Out the Template
Open the downloaded Excel sheet and fill in the following details:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Service Group (Mandatory) | Enter the service group name. |
| Service Name (Mandatory) | Enter the service name. |
| Duration (Mandatory) | Enter total time required to complete the service. |
| Price (Mandatory) | Enter the standard service price (without discounts). |
| Special Price (Seasonal Offer) | Add discounted or promotional prices if applicable. |
| Block Duration | Time taken to prepare resources for the next service. |
| Waiting Duration | Time taken to prepare a customer before the service. |
| Tax | Enter applicable tax percentage. Leave blank for non-taxable services. |
| Show Online Booking | Enter Y to enable, N to disable online booking. |
| Description | Add service details or notes. |
| HSN Code | Enter the HSN code for the service (if applicable). |
⚙️ Upload the File
Save your completed Excel sheet.
Return to the Service Module and click Import Services.
Upload the updated Excel file.
Verify the imported or updated service details in the Service list.
New Enhancement: Bulk Price Update
You can now revise service prices in bulk through the same import file.
Update the Price or Special Price columns in the Excel sheet.
Upload the file to automatically apply new prices to existing services.
Other details (category, duration, tax, etc.) remain unchanged.
Duplicate service names will not be accepted.
