The Miscellaneous Charges report tracks additional card charges, distinguishing between service fees and card fees. It provides clarity on transaction charges, aiding in accurate monitoring and analysis of revenue streams.
You have to enable the respective changes in Settings->Misc charges under Business settings.
1. Go to Reports from the main menu and select Appointment & Sales.
2. Select the Miscellaneous charges report from the drop-down.
3. Choose the Date range and click View.
4. Reports can be downloaded either in Excel or in PDF. The reports will be sent to the registered mail id.
