How to purchase WhatsApp message credits for location level?

To purchase WhatsApp message credits:

  1. In Settings, under Integrations, click on WhatsApp Integration.

  2. Click on Platform Charges & Credits.

  3. Choose the message credit count and click on the Buy button at the location level or change to network level.

  4. Enter  the invoice details and billing number to proceed.

  5. Once done, the Platform credits will be refilled to continue the service.
