How to set up or edit online booking details?

With the majority of the population scouring the internet 24/7, online booking allows you to promote and attract your business to customers online. This includes information about your business, gallery, deals, reviews & ratings, and location.

To set up or edit online booking details:

1. Log in to MioSalon

2. Click on the Settings option from the main menu.  

3. Scroll down to the Business Settings section and find Online Booking in the Add Business popup.

4. Add your Google review link in the Business Webpage Setting. 

( If you want to collect feedback or reviews from your customers, the Google review link can be added—get the review link from your Google My Business Account.)

5. Click Add Logo to upload your business logo. The accepted formats are PNG and JPG, with a minimum image dimension of 160 x 160 and a maximum image dimension of 200 x 200.

6. Click Add Photo to upload photos of your business store and services. 

7. The accepted formats are PNG and JPG, with a minimum image dimension of 1000 x 1000 and a maximum image dimension of 350 x 350. 

   1. The maximum size of the image must be 1 MB. 

   2. A maximum of 10 images can be uploaded. 

8. Click on Choose File to upload a photo from the computer. After entering the title and description.

9. Click Add to save the details.

10. Finally, add the signature of your store invoice and receipt. 

11. Click on Save and your business details will be updated successfully.
