How to download reward point reports?

To download the reward point reports:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Select Reward Point tab.

  4. Click on the  Download  button.

  5. The reward point data is downloaded in Excel or sent to the registered email ID (Admin). It displays a table consisting of:

    1. Mobile Number - The customer's mobile number

    2. Customer Name - Name of the customer

    3. Customer ID - Unique customer identification number

    4. Points - Display the reward point balance
