How to create a SMS campaign based on the customer segment?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on SMS in the side menu.

  4. Fill out the necessary information:

  • Campaign name - The name of the campaign

  • Campaign message - Select the message template from the repository.

  • Promotion end date - Set the campaign deadline

  • Choose targeted customer - Choose the filter as customer segment

    • Choose the customer segment from the list

  1. Once done, click on the SEND button.
