How to create a SMS campaign for non-returning customers?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on SMS in the side menu.

  4. Fill out the necessary information:

  • Campaign name - The name of the campaign

  • Campaign message - Select the message template from the repository.

  • Promotion end date - Set the campaign deadline

  • Choose targeted customer - Choose the filter as Non-returning customers

    • Choose the customer list based on the non-returning months.

  1. Once done, click on SEND button.
