How to filter WhatsApp campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the date range

  6. Click on the Filter  option

  7. Choose the campaign status in the filter

  • Status - The campaign status, whether it is completed, processing, pending or cancelled.
