How to schedule WhatsApp promotional messages or campaigns?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Fill out the necessary information:

  • Campaign name - The name of the campaign

  • Campaign message - Select the message template from the repository

  • Promotion end date - Set the campaign deadline

  • Choose targeted customer - Filter the customer list from the drop-down

  • Delivery options - Click on schedule option

  1. Once done, click on Schedule button.

  2. Mention the scheduled Date and Time.  

  3. A Campaign Summary popup will appear, where you can view the details of

  • Target customers

  • Available message count

  • WhatsApp message limit per day 

  • Available message credits

  1. Click on Send
