This setup would allow you to keep track of customer details, their visits, purchases, balances, and other important information, enabling you to provide better service and personalized interactions with your customers.
Go to the Appointment page and click on the calendar or the + icon, then click on New Appointment to create an appointment.
In the New Appointment popup, enter the Customer Number
On the right side, the complete customer details related to the appointment scheduling. Information include:
Contact Information
Name: The name of the customer.
Email: The email ID of the customer.
Mobile: The contact number of the customer.
Last Visit: The date on which the customer last visited.
DOB (Date of Birth): The date of birth of the customer to whom to send automated greetings.
Anniversary: The anniversary date to send automated messages on their anniversary.
Favorite Staff: List of staff members, marked as favorite by the customer
Customer Note: Specific details are given by the customer while adding them.
Balance Information
Unpaid Balances: The outstanding payments.
Available Prepaid: The amount of prepaid balance left in the wallet.
Expired Balance: The expired prepaid amount, which can be carried forward based on the settings.
Membership: The purchased membership level (if applicable).
Reward Points: Total accumulated reward points by the client.
Total Revenue: The total revenue generated from the client.
Packages: The purchased service packages.
Total Visits: The total number of visits.
Additional Information
Upcoming Appointments: List of upcoming appointments for that customer
Last 5 Visits: Details of the last 5 visits, including services taken.
