How to add payment modes for multiple branches?

Payment modes in the salon and spa industry refer to the various methods clients can use to pay for services. Whether it's cash, credit cards, mobile apps, or gift cards, managing these modes is essential for a seamless and convenient client experience.


Follow these steps to add payment modes for multiple branches:


  • Go to “Settings” in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side.


  • Scroll down to “Business Settings” and click on “Point of Sale.”


  • Continue scrolling down to find the Payment Methods Settings.



  • Click the "Add Payment Method" button.


  • "Add Payment Method" pop-up will appear. Enter the details.


Payment Modes -  Payment modes refer to the various methods or channels through which client  can make payments for services or products. These methods can include cash, credit cards, mobile wallets, and more


Location (Branches in Salon and Spa) - Branches, in the context of salons and spas, are the individual outlets or locations of your business where you can define and customize the availability of specific payment methods. This flexibility allows you to tailor payment options to each branch's unique preferences and customer needs.


Collect coupon code - Collect coupon code is an option that allows you to associate a specific coupon code with the client you are adding. By selecting this option, you ensure that the client is linked to a particular coupon code, making it easier to monitor coupon usage and promotions tied to that client.




  • Click the "Save" button.
