Overview
The Prepaid Wallet Report in MioSalon helps you track how customers use their prepaid balance — including top-ups, deductions, and remaining amounts.
With the latest update, you can now filter reports by Store Level or Network (Centralized) Level, giving you full visibility across one or multiple branches.
⚙️ Navigation
Login to your MioSalon account.
Go to Reports → Finance → Prepaid Wallet Report.
Understanding the Prepaid Wallet Report
The report provides a detailed summary of all prepaid transactions made by clients.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Customer Name | Displays the customer’s name linked to the wallet. |
| Mobile Number | Helps quickly identify the client. |
| Opening Balance | Wallet balance before the selected period. |
| Amount Added | New funds added to the wallet during the period. |
| Amount Used | Value of services redeemed using the wallet. |
| Closing Balance | Final remaining wallet balance after transactions. |
| Date Range | Choose specific dates to view activity for a defined period. |
Store & Network Filters
You can now toggle between Store-Level and Network-Level views within the Prepaid Wallet Report.
How It Works
Open the Prepaid Wallet Report page.
From the Filter dropdown, choose:
Store View → To view wallet transactions for a specific outlet.
Network View → To view consolidated prepaid transactions for all your branches.
Apply the filter to generate the relevant report.
Use the Export option to download the report in Excel for reconciliation or analysis.
This enhancement eliminates the need to manually merge multiple outlet reports — helping both branch managers and business owners analyze prepaid performance instantly.

Check wallet reports monthly to identify top customers and active branches.
Use the Network View to monitor overall prepaid liabilities across all branches.
Reconcile wallet balances with payment and accounting records regularly.
