  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Fill out the necessary information:

  • Campaign name - The name of the campaign

  • Campaign message - Select the message template from the repository.  

  • Promotion end date - Set the campaign deadline

  • Choose targeted customer - Filter the customer list from the drop-down

  • Delivery options - Decide when to send out the campaign immediately or schedule.

  1. Once done, click on SEND/SCHEDULE button.


How to send a WhatsApp campaign?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  5. Click on the Delete icon in the action column.


How to view WhatsApp campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the date range

  • Campaign name - Name of the campaign

  • Targeted customers - List of customers whom the campaign has been sent

  • Total - Total number of customers

  • Sent - Total number of customers who received the campaign

  • Pending - Total number of customers who haven't received the campaign

  • Status - The campaign status, whether it completed, processing, pending or cancelled. 


How to filter WhatsApp campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the date range

  6. Click on the Filter  option

  7. Choose the campaign status in the filter

  • Status - The campaign status, whether it is completed, processing, pending or cancelled. 


How to sort WhatsApp campaign reports?

  1. Login to MioSalon

  2. Click on Campaign in the menu.

  3. Then click on WhatsApp in the side menu.

  4. Click on Report tab.

  5. Choose the date range

  6. Click on the Filter  option

  7. Choose the sort option in the filter

  • Sort by Newest

  • Sor by Oldest
