How to view package details against a customer?

To view package details against a customer in MioSalon:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Customer from the main menu.

  3. Click on any customer detail to view the Customer 360 Profile.

  4. Click on the Package History tab. It displays the information of:

    1. Package Name: The name or identifier of the package purchased.

    2. Type: Display the package type, whether it’s fixed or custom.

    3. Total Sittings: Total number of sittings or sessions included in the package.

    4. Available Sittings: Remaining sittings that the customer can use within the package.

    5. Purchase Date: Date when the package was purchased.

    6. Expiry Date: Date when the package will expire.

    7. Amount: The package purchase amount.



  1. By clicking on the customer name, view the breakdown of services with its

    1. Service Name: Specific services included in the package.

    2. Total Visits: Total number of visits for the specific service.

    3. Available Visits: Remaining visits for the specific service.
