To edit a fixed or custom package, follow these steps:
Note: You can make any changes to the package, but it will be applicable for the upcoming package sales. For existing packages or sold packages, these changes will not be updated.
Login to MioSalon.
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Navigate to Module Settings and click on Packages.
Click on the Package details.
In the Update Package popup, enter all the necessary information:
Package Type:
Fixed: Clients can redeem services up to the maximum session count set per service. This means each service has a predefined limit on the number of sessions.
Custom: Clients can use any combination of services, but the total sessions used cannot exceed this limit.
Package Name: Modify the name of the package
Tag Service to Package: Select the services to be included in the package. It will be added to the service list section. For each service, specify:
Service Name: The name of the service.
Maximum Service Count: The number of sessions the client must complete.
Price: The total price per session.
Tax: Select the applicable tax rate for the package.
Delete: Use this action icon to remove a service if needed.
Tax: Choose the tax value for the package
Total Service Count: The total session count is the maximum number of sessions the client can use across all services in the package but it should be less than the maximum session count. Only applicable to custom packages.
Package Validity: Specify the number of days the package is valid from the purchase date.
Cost Price: Calculate the total cost based on the services and session count.
Special Price: The discounted price for the package purchase.
Click on the Update button.
