Product Outward Report

The product outward report is crucial for managing inventory by providing a detailed record of products removed, used, or transferred out of stock. It tracks inventory depletion, aids in cost management by detailing the cost price and total expenses, and supports operational efficiency through insights into inventory usage patterns. 


To view the product outward report:

  1. Login to MioSalon.

  2. Go to Reports from the main menu.

  3. Navigate to Appointment & Sales and click on Product Outward.

  4. Select the preferred time period or enter a Custom Range, then click View.

  5. It displays the list of products that have been used or transferred in that branch. The details include:

    1. Stock Type - The category or classification of stock (Internal Use, Adjustment, Damaged, Out of Date, Transfer Out and Other)

    2. Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.

  6. View the complete list of each stock type by scrolling through.

  7. Each stock type provides a details of:

    1. Product Name - Name of the product.

    2. Category - The category to which the product belongs.

    3. Product Outward Quantity - The amount of the product removed or used from the stock.

    4. Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.

    5. Total - The total cost for the outward quantity (calculated as Product Outward Quantity × Cost Price).

  8. For further references, Download the report in Excel or PDF formats.
