The Product Inward Report is essential for tracking and managing inventory movements within a business. Its primary purpose is to provide a detailed record of products that have been received or updated in stock over a specified period. This report helps in monitoring inventory levels, cost management, performance analysis and financial accuracy.
To view the product inward report:
Login to MioSalon.
Go to Reports from the main menu.
Navigate to Appointment & Sales and click on Product Inward.
Select the preferred time period or enter a Custom Range, then click View.
It displays the list of products that have been updated or received in that branch. The details include:
Stock Type - The category or classification of stock (New Stock, Adjustment, Return, Transfer In and Other)
Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.
View the complete list of each stock type by scrolling through.
Each stock type provides a details of:
Product Name - Name of the product.
Category - The category to which the product belongs.
Product Inward Quantity - The amount of the product received or added to stock.
Cost Price - The cost price per unit of the product.
Total - The total cost for the inward quantity (calculated as Product Inward Quantity × Cost Price).
