The Customer Package Details Report provides essential information about a customer's package, including the package name, available sitting count, purchase date, and expiry date. This report allows customers to easily track and manage their packages and ensure they know expiry dates and the remaining sittings.
To view package-wise or redemption or package balance reports in MioSalon:
Log in to MioSalon.
Go to Reports from the main menu.
This tab displays the overall package history.
The Package tab displays package records for all clients. To apply a filter, select the Package Name and use the Order By to sort the records by purchase date or expiry date.
Customer: Name of the customer availing the package.
Customer Number: The contact number for the customer.
Package Name: The name or identifier of the package purchased.
Type: Display the package type, whether it’s fixed or custom.
Total Sitting: Total number of sittings or sessions included in the package.
Available Sitting: The remaining sittings are those that the customer can use within the package.
Purchase Date: The Date when the package was purchased.
Expiry Date: The Date when the package will expire.
Amount: The package purchase amount.
By clicking on the customer name, you can view the detailed breakdown of services:
Service Name: Specific services included in the package.
Total Visits: Total number of visits for the specific service.
Available Visits: Remaining visits for the specific service.
If you prefer to download the package report, click on the Download button.
Whoever logs in, whether a staff member or an admin, will receive the downloaded Excel sheet in their email.
