The system will remind the customer's Appointments on your custom date and time. Find the steps below t enable it:

1. Select Settings from the main menu and click Notification under Business settings.

2. Click Reminder Notification and enable SMS / Email Reminder Notification Template

3. Set the Reminder notification days before and time by clicking Add Reminder days and click save/update.

( Example: If a customer has an appointment on the day after tomorrow at 04:00 PM. And you were enabled two reminders means:

- 1 day before: Enter the Day as 1 ( 1 day before ) and time.

- 0 day before:  Enter as 0 ( it means same day) and Hours before the appointment.)
