Once Feedback is created and launched, make it as default and Note down the Feedback Id.
Now go to the setting option, Click on Notification & copy the feedback link tag, i.e. [FBID>id].
Edit the content in the SMS Invoice Message template for the feedback and paste the feedback tag i.e.[FBID>id] in the message template and replace the ID with the Feedback ID which you created in the Feedback section.
Finally, click on the save to complete it.
